Grandfather Gottlieb Frei began by transporting wood and collecting refuse during the Second World War. At that time, the goods were still being transported by horse and cart. Theodor Frei Senior subsequently set up the Th. Frei Transporte company
in 1952. The business became a member of ASTAG in 1980; Theodor Junior, better known as “Teddy” Frei took over running the company from his father and has expanded it continuously. Since 2013, the company has taken the form of a public limited
company in family ownership.
The company specialises in relocations worldwide and all kinds of transportation. We currently run 13 vehicles of all sizes, from handy delivery vans to large trucks with trailers, enabling us to meet our customers' needs very flexibly.
Our employees are very experienced and highly trained in the provision of full relocation and transportation services of every description. From the delivery of professional packaging materials to packing and unpacking, disassembling and assembling furniture, loading and unloading using an external lift or a
crane and transportation for relocation to final cleaning with a handover guarantee - we offer it all.
Complete relocations from one single source - this is our motto. For us, the customer always comes first and the highest level of customer satisfaction is our key concern.
We also maintain our own furniture storage facility, where we can store property during relocation, together with other goods of all descriptions; we run 6 storage facilities altogether and can offer a capacity of over 6000 pallets.

We make every attempt to keep these emissions as low as possible and to use the capacity of our vehicles as efficiently as we can so that we avoid unnecessary empty journeys. We also encourage our staff to make every effort to contribute to this effort.
